By creating an account or using Ranch Manager OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "the user") and Ranch Manager OS ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts to use the Service.
Ranch Manager OS is a software-as-a-service ranch management platform that provides:
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at ranchmanageros@clearcreek.com.au if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable password security.
If you grant access to other users (managers, CPAs, viewers), you remain responsible for their use of the Service and must ensure they comply with these Terms.
The Service includes a 7-day free trial on all plans. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will become read-only — your data is preserved but you cannot enter new data or use AI features.

Pricing may change. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All charges are in US Dollars (USD).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access until that date.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused features.
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process payment again over a 7-day period. If payment cannot be processed, your account will be downgraded to read-only access until payment is resolved.
You must not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
You retain full ownership of all ranch data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights over your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your data or close your account.
You can export your complete dataset as a JSON file at any time using the Export function in the Service.
We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or share with advertisers. AI Co-Pilot requests are processed by Anthropic's API on a no-training basis.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all original content (excluding your data), is owned by Ranch Manager OS and protected by US and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled repairs, failures of third-party services (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, Anthropic), internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us at ranchmanageros@clearcreek.com.au.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for the Service, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will provide at least 60 days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund).
On termination, your access to the Service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days (allowing you to reactivate or export), after which we will delete it permanently.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranch Manager OS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service in violation of any law, any decision you make based on Service outputs (including AI Co-Pilot recommendations), or content or data you submit to the Service that infringes the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming or remotely at the election of either party. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
